    i am learning so much, i purchased the ultimate sourdough kit, completed the online course , so now I know the importance of the right flour, the difference between stonegroound , milled etc I had no hesitation in purchasing thisvery good quality flour – I may become abaker yet! using good quality products lessens my anxiety ( which is very high when i am in the kitchen) and gives me the confidence to bake.     I love this flour. Not only is it organic and glycophate free, but it produces a nice loaf. I’ve attempted 60% to 75% hydration and got good loaves as a sourdough beginner. I sometimes add the organic wholegrain flour too.
