Terms and Conditions:
- By submitting the deposit, you are acknowledging your agreement with the stipulated terms and conditions, our cancellation policy, and confirming your comprehension of the provided disclaimer for the catering services offered by The Sourdough Science.
- One of our skilled Chefs will come to your location with one gas mobile pizza oven and set up a pizza section to cook fresh pizzas for you and your guests.
- Only one pizza can be cooked at a time in the oven, which takes approximately 2 minutes to cook. Therefore, pizzas will be served in a flow of one pizza every 3 to 5 minutes.
- The taste of pizza will be chosen before the event; any special requirements will be discussed and accommodated where possible.
- The client is responsible for contacting us at least one week before the event to ensure everything is confirmed. Due to our busy schedule, we are unable to follow up with each client to confirm all details required. Failure to confirm these details at least one week before the event will absolve The Sourdough Science of any responsibility for any unmet expectations or misunderstandings. If we do not hear from the client within this timeframe, we will assume that you wish to postpone or cancel the event.
- Any changes to the menu or quantity of pizzas/food must be made at least 7 days before the event, and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.
- The client is responsible for providing a suitable location for the pizza catering setup.
- Chef Roberto reserves the right to refuse service or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or equipment failure. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue has the necessary permits, licences, and approvals for the pizza catering event.
- The client is responsible for any damages caused to Chef Roberto’s equipment during the event.
- Any outstanding balance must be paid in full at the beginning of the event.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
- The duration of the catering service will be specified in your quote. If any delays initiated by the host occur, a fee of $50+GST per hour will be applied. Please ensure that your schedule aligns with our agreed-upon service time to avoid any additional charges.
- While we make every effort to start our services at the exact time requested, we kindly ask for your understanding that unforeseen delays may occur. Our team is committed to punctuality and will strive to be present at the established time; however, factors beyond our control can lead to minor adjustments in the timing.
