Change of Mind or Ordering Mistakes Policy:

We understand that sometimes, you may change your mind or make a mistake when ordering. While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns, we provide the following options:

  • Refund with Processing Fee: If you request a refund due to a change of mind or an ordering mistake, a $20 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs.
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, we offer store credit for the full value of the original order, which can be used for any future purchases on our website. This option is available for requests made within 30 days of purchase.

Returns and Credits (Applicable Conditions):

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval status of your return. If approved, instead of a refund, we will issue a credit to your account. This credit will be for the full value of the returned item(s), minus any applicable fees, and can be used for future purchases with us. Please note, the credit will be processed and applied to your account within a certain number of days following approval.

Late or Missing Credits:

If you have not received your credit within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your account with us again.
  2. Contact us directly; sometimes, there may be processing delays.
  3. If after these steps, the credit still hasn’t appeared, please reach out to us at for further assistance.

Sale Items:

Only items purchased at regular price can be credited. Items bought on sale cannot be returned or credited.

Exchanges (Applicable Conditions):

We only offer exchanges for items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please email us at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a credit to the gift giver’s account, and they will be informed about your return.

Shipping for Returns:

For instructions on returning your item, please contact us at You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are issued a store credit, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your credit.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Policy on Returned Items:

We do not offer refunds, but we will issue a store credit for items returned to us in their original packaging and in undamaged condition. After inspection, a store credit will be issued. Please note, customers cover the shipping costs for returning items.
