Cancellation Policy for Sourdough Workshop:
Thank you for choosing to attend my sourdough workshop!
To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all participants, the following cancellation policy will be in effect:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the workshop. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total workshop fee.
Rescheduling: You have the option to reschedule your workshop attendance up to 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled event without losing your deposit. Please notify us via email or phone call to request a reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date, subject to availability.
Cancellation: If you cancel your attendance less than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled event, your deposit will be forfeited. In the case of cancellation, the deposit cannot be transferred to another workshop or refunded.
No-shows: If you do not show up for the workshop without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
Gift Card Policy: If you have reserved your spot using a gift card and fail to attend or reschedule within 3 days of the class, a $50 fee will be incurred. To reschedule your class, you must secure your spot on the Upcoming Classes page by paying the $50 fee/deposit.
Workshop Changes: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment, you will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, you will have the option to reschedule to a future date.
Please note: The workshop fee balance (excluding the deposit) will be due on the day of the workshop. We reserve the right to make changes to the cancellation policy with prior notice. By paying the deposit and attending the workshop, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy. To enhance your experience with our class, we will kindly request you to fill out a form with your personal details.
