I love this flour. Not only is it organic and glycophate free, but it produces a nice loaf. I’ve attempted 60% to 75% hydration and got good loaves as a sourdough beginner. I sometimes add the organic wholegrain flour too.

My 13 year old grandson was going on school holidays. He said “Grandma would you be able to make me some more sourdough bread to take on my holiday because it is the only bread I like”. I thought what a lovely request and yes I made him some more sourdough.
