Our refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes, on your second order, you become a VIP customer, receiving a 5% discount on each subsequent order. Plus, for every dollar spent, you’ll collect 1 point, and once you reach 500 points, you’ll get $20 off your next order.

Can I choose to pick up my order in person?

Yes, you can select the pick-up option during checkout.

Where can I pick up my order and what are the hours?

Pick-up is available in Coomera during business hours (Tuesday to Friday, 10 am to 4 pm). We offer flexibility for after-hours pick-up if you inform us in advance. You can also collect during our workshops in Helensvale, Salisbury (Brisbane), and Currumbin.

How do I schedule a specific pick-up time?

You will receive an email with pick-up instructions.

Is there a minimum lead time for pick-up orders?

We recommend placing pick-up orders at least 24 hours in advance.

What safety measures are in place for contactless pick-up?

Your order will be placed outside, inside a gate, and unlocked for contactless collection.

Can I change my delivery option to pick-up after placing my order?
